If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.</p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p>We're hiring a <strong><strong class="textBold">Senior Analyst, Stock Operations</strong></strong> to support the day-to-day administration and operation of Nscale's global equity programs.</p> <p>This is an <strong><strong class="textBold">individual contributor</strong></strong> role within the <strong><strong class="textBold">People team</strong></strong>, as part of the <strong><strong class="textBold">Reward function</strong></strong>, reporting directly to the <strong><strong class="textBold">Director, Equity Operations</strong></strong>. You'll work closely with Reward, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax, HR Operations, People Partners, and external vendors to ensure equity programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>This role is important to delivering operational excellence across Nscale's equity programs while helping create a consistent, high-quality employee experience throughout the equity lifecycle. You'll bring a strong operational mindset to a fast-paced, high-growth environment where accuracy, partnership, and continuous improvement matter.</p> <h2>What you'll be doing</h2> <p><strong><strong class="textBold">Equity Administration &amp; Operations</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Administer</strong></strong> day-to-day equity plan activities, including grants, vesting events, exercises, releases, transfers, and terminations.</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Support</strong></strong> the administration of global employee and executive equity programs through Nscale's equity management platform.</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Process</strong></strong> equity transactions accurately in accordance with plan rules, internal controls, and established service levels.</li> <li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Maintain</strong></strong> employee equity records and help ensure data integrity across equity, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.</li> <li value="5"><strong><strong class="textBold">Partner</strong></strong> with stock plan vendors and administrators to resolve operational issues and support the smooth execution of equity events.</li> </ul> <p><strong><strong class="textBold">Reporting &amp; Analysis</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Prepare</strong></strong> recurring and ad hoc equity reports for Reward, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and senior stakeholders.</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Support</strong></strong> equity reconciliations and data validation activities across multiple systems.</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Assist</strong></strong> with equity expense reporting, forecasting, and audit requests.</li> <li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Produce</strong></strong> analysis to support annual refresh cycles, grant recommendations, and executive decision-making.</li> <li value="5"><strong><strong class="textBold">Monitor</strong></strong> operational metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong><strong class="textBold">Employee Support &amp; Communications</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Manage</strong></strong> the equity operations mailbox and serve as a first point of contact for employee equity-related enquiries.</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Draft</strong></strong> and maintain employee communications, FAQs, educational materials, and guidance documents.</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Support</strong></strong> employee education initiatives related to stock plans, vesting, exercises, taxation, and equity program changes.</li> <li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Partner</strong></strong> with HR Operations and People Partners to help deliver a consistent employee experience across the equity lifecycle.</li> </ul> <p><strong><strong class="textBold">Compliance &amp; Controls</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Assist</strong></strong> with internal and external audit requests by preparing supporting documentation and reports.</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Ensure</strong></strong> compliance with applicable securities regulations, insider trading requirements, and internal governance standards.</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Support</strong></strong> the preparation of data required for board reporting and annual filings.</li> <li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Escalate</strong></strong> risks, issues, and process gaps appropriately while proposing practical solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong><strong class="textBold">Process Improvement &amp; Stakeholder Partnership</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Identify</strong></strong> opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve equity administration processes.</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Support</strong></strong> Workday, equity platform, and broader systems enhancement projects.</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Assist</strong></strong> with the implementation and testing of new processes, controls, and technologies.</li> <li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Work</strong></strong> closely with the Equity Operations leader and cross-functional stakeholders to provide accurate, timely information that supports decision-making.</li> </ul> <h2>KPIs</h2> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Accuracy of equity transaction processing</strong></strong></li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Timeliness of recurring and ad hoc equity reporting</strong></strong></li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Data integrity across equity, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems</strong></strong></li> <li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Resolution of employee and vendor operational enquiries</strong></strong></li> </ul> <h2>About You</h2> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Experience</strong></strong> in stock plan administration, equity compensation, share plan operations, or a related field, either in-house or consulting.</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Experience</strong></strong> administering employee equity plans in a multinational or publicly traded company environment.</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Understanding</strong></strong> of stock options, RSUs, RSAs, Performance Awards, vesting schedules, exercises, and employee share plans.</li> <li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Experience</strong></strong> preparing operational reports and analysing equity data.</li> <li value="5"><strong><strong class="textBold">Strong</strong></strong> Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.</li> <li value="6"><strong><strong class="textBold">Excellent</strong></strong> attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li> <li value="7"><strong><strong class="textBold">Strong</strong></strong> organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.</li> <li value="8"><strong><strong class="textBold">Effective</strong></strong> written and verbal communication skills, including drafting employee-facing communications.</li> <li value="9"><strong><strong class="textBold">Collaborative</strong></strong>, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li> </ul> <h2>What we can offer you</h2> <p>At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact.
