About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines to support business analysis and reporting.
- Build, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Looker.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Document analytical processes, dashboards, and data sources for transparency and reusability.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proficient in SQL (querying, joins, aggregations, data transformations).
- Experience with Power BI Desktop for building dashboards and visualizations.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
- Understanding of DAX for measures and calculated columns in Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insight
