Not just making slides, but building the solution yourself.</li> <li><strong>Innovate across borders</strong>: You’ll collaborate with teams across the Netherlands, Germany, and France, tackling challenges that redefine how Picnic operates at a European scale.</li> <li><strong>High-performance environment</strong>: You’ll work alongside some of the best teams in analytics and tech, people who set a high bar and expect you to do the same.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>From learning to leading</strong></h2> <p></p> <p>Throughout the two-year program, you’ll own business-critical projects from start to finish, supported by mentorship, learning sessions, and regular feedback.</p> <p>You’ll strengthen your leadership skills in project management, storytelling, stakeholder communication, and giving and receiving feedback, while sharpening your technical skills in Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p> <p>As your scope grows, so does your responsibility. You might scale your initial project or take on new challenges within the same domain. Either way, the pace is yours to set, and there’s always a new challenge to lead and an opportunity to make an impact. That’s why every journey is unique: there’s no standardized path through the program, just continuous opportunities to learn, and lead.</p> <h3><strong>Where you’ll make an impact</strong></h3> <p>From day one, you’ll be embedded in a business team, taking ownership in one of the following domains:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Consumer</strong> - Drive growth through pricing, supplier strategy, and our market strategy. Think: Shaping our successful market entry into new cities. Your decisions shape how millions of customers experience Picnic.</li> <li><strong>Tech</strong> -&nbsp;Work at the intersection of product and infrastructure, building scalable systems that power our operations. Think: building software and algorithms our FCAs run on or launch new features in our app used by millions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Logistics </strong>-&nbsp;Build the backbone of Picnic: robotic fulfilment, demand forecasting, route optimization across Europe and much more</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your superpowers</strong></h2> <p>You don't wait for permission. You see a problem, build the solution, and bring people with you, before anyone asks. You've probably already started something: a project, a product, a business, an initiative that didn't exist until you made it happen.<br><br>More specifically, you:</p> <ul> <li>Are about to graduate (or recently graduated) a Masters in a <strong>quantitative field</strong>: e.g., mathematics, econometrics, engineering, or similar</li> <li>Have experience in <strong>high-performance environments:</strong>&nbsp;consulting, fast-growth startups, or competitive internships and know what it means to raise the bar.</li> <li>Show an <strong>entrepreneurial mindset</strong>: you build, improve, and take ownership without being asked</li> <li><strong>Think like a builder</strong>: hands-on, curious, and driven to challenge the status quo with practical solutions</li> <li>You have already gained basic knowledge in <strong>PowerPoint, Python, SQL, Excel</strong> or alternative coding languages&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>EU citizenship</strong> or valid <strong>EU working permit required</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><em>Many strong candidates (particularly women) talk themselves out of applying because they don't tick every box. And your phone and laptop are on us, as well.</p> <h3><strong>FAQ</strong></h3> <p><strong>Do I need a quantitative background? </strong>It's a strong advantage, but not a hard requirement. If your internships and projects demonstrate real hands-on ownership and data-driven thinking, we'll consider your application. You do need a Master's degree, basic knowledge of Python or SQL, and relevant work experience.</p> <p><strong>Does the program include rotations?</strong> No, intentionally. We believe depth creates ownership, and ownership creates impact. Rather than rotating across teams, you’ll go deep in one area, build real expertise, and gradually expand your scope as your impact grows. If you have topic preferences, tell us during the process.</p> <p><strong>In what language should I apply?</strong> English. Please include your CV and Master's degree transcript or any other relevant test scores (e.g., GMAT)</p> <p><strong>What are the long-term opportunities after the program? </strong>This program is a fast track into a high-impact career at Picnic, it’s an entry point for a long-term future, not a two-year stopover.&nbsp;</p> <p>Career paths here are as varied as the people on them.
