<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>ABA-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist</li>
<li>Active IL license (or willingness to obtain one)</li>
<li>Office-based or ASC experience </li>
<li>Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism</li>
<li>Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills</li>
