We’re seeking&nbsp;<strong>Anesthesiologist</strong>&nbsp;to join our collaborative team-based model alongside experienced CRNAs.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This role is a 40 hour week (1.0 FTE) with some week night and weekend call, additional compensation for time worked over 10 hours a day and extra days worked outside of contract. 41 weeks worked, 10 weeks time-off and 1 week of CME.&nbsp; </span></p> <p style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> </div> <ul> <li>Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative, team-based environment</li> <li>Participate in compensated weeknight and weekend call rotations</li> <li>Administer anesthesia using IV, local, spinal, or caudal techniques for surgical and medical procedures</li> <li>Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort</li> <li>Manage airway and provide life support during emergency situations</li> <li>Evaluate patient risk through medical histories, exams, and diagnostics</li> <li>Collaborate with healthcare teams to determine optimal anesthetic plans</li> <li>Oversee and coordinate care with CRNAs, nurses, and support staff</li> <li>Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and recovery</li> </ul> <div>This description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills and efforts or work conditions associated with the job.
