Hiring for Full time Employment Only.
Airport Customer Service Representative (Escort, Baggage Handler, Cart Pusher)
Pay: 19.00 per/hour
Shift starting 1:30pm-10:30pm

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
• Ability to be friendly and courteous while directing passengers through the
   arrivals, re-check and connecting flight process at the International Terminal.
• Must have the ability to assist passengers with language barriers, and special
   needs.
• Ability to Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist passengers with baggage, and gate-checked bags.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and
   experience capabilities expected for this position.

Pre-requisites:
• Must be a local (in-state) resident.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the
   Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time during your shift.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull move items up to 50 lbs. to raised surface.
   
Experience:
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be open-minded and ready to work as part of a detail-oriented team.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to understand documents, read flight boards and boarding passes.
• Able to communicate information and instructions verbally and/or via radio
   equipment.
