Provide professional, courteous customer experiences

Clearly explain repairs and available value-added services

Maintain accurate job updates through our CRM system
What We’re Looking For

1+ year of professional appliance repair experience

Strong communication and customer service skills

Desire to grow professionally and improve technical skills

Ability to work with a customer service platform (CRM)

Own tools and service vehicle
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
