Pay: $55,000 – $110,000 per year + Bonus Pay

 Appliance Repair Technician Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances:
  • Refrigerators (sealed systems)
  • Washers & dryers
  • Dishwashers
  • Microwaves
  • Gas & electric ranges/stoves
• Provide excellent customer service in customers’ homes
• Explain repair issues and solutions clearly to customers
• Use mobile devices to complete digital work orders
• Maintain a high level of first-time fix rate and customer satisfaction
• Stay current on appliance technology and smart home system

Requirements

• Experience in appliance repair, refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical work
• Sealed system experience REQUIRED (or strongly preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Whirlpool appliances
• EPA certification (for refrigeration work)
• Previous in-home service experience #ZR
