This role is both consultative and technical: you'll partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements, design solutions collaboratively, and then implement those solutions through platform configuration. While Jira and Confluence are the primary tools today, the role extends beyond platform administration into process analysis, solution design, governance, and user enablement.&nbsp;Success in this role requires balancing customer needs with governance standards, security requirements, and overall system health.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
