About the role
1. Responsibilities: (Main Activities)
General
Prepare Engineering drawing when requested.
CAD work by DraftSight (or CATIA).
Contact person regarding data management, CAD work.
Ensure all Drawing related tasks are fulfilled related requirements correctly.
Initiate and review Engineering document (DFMEA, DGD, SC/CC List etc.) follow Autoliv Standard.
Generate CV/DV/PV test item follow with customer & Regulation required.
Lead Design Review with Cross Functional Team.
Mockup part for support Prototype event as customer request.
Co-operate with Cross functional Team that concern with Design and Process.
Support process/procedures and implementation of the Autoliv CAD standards and Cushion CAD design guideline.
Use the Autoliv tool PLM (Engineering Data Management System) for drawing storage under correct project area.
Support process / procedures and implementation of the IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
· Co-operate with Supplier that concern with Design and Process.
Solve and Analyze problems on the job efficiently.
Start to Lead one of high-profile projects risk (High value/Short lead time/New customer)
Self-Certified of task and basic issued.
Mentoring Application Engineering when Needs
Other tasks as assigned by Application Manager.
2. Criteria / Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Good in English Communication Both writing and verbal.
2-5 Years Experience with product design engineering, project engineering or relate.
Good Information management skills (IT PC software).
Ability to Global presentation.
Ability to learn new technology.
