Senior Application Developer

We are seeking a <strong data-start="590" data-end="629">Senior Maximo Application Developer</strong> to support the design, configuration, customization, and sustainment of enterprise asset management solutions leveraging <strong data-start="751" data-end="765">IBM Maximo</strong>.</p> <p data-start="768" data-end="1210">This role is ideal for a seasoned application developer with strong <strong data-start="836" data-end="873">COTS enterprise system experience</strong> who can lead solution development efforts, mentor junior staff, and partner closely with customers and technical teams. <strong data-start="994" data-end="1046">Prior hands-on Maximo experience is not required</strong>; however, experience working with complex COTS platforms <strong data-start="1104" data-end="1119">is required</strong>, and the selected candidate must be comfortable quickly learning new tools and frameworks.</p> <hr data-start="1212" data-end="1215"> <h2 data-start="1217" data-end="1244"><strong data-start="1220" data-end="1244">Ky Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul data-start="1246" data-end="2520"> <li data-start="1246" data-end="1369"> <p data-start="1248" data-end="1369">Serve as a senior technical contributor supporting the configuration and customization of IBM Maximo-based applications</p> </li> <li data-start="1370" data-end="1505"> <p data-start="1372" data-end="1505">Lead the design and implementation of Maximo application solutions using COTS best practices and supported extensibility approaches</p> </li> <li data-start="1506" data-end="1629"> <p data-start="1508" data-end="1629">Translate business and operational requirements into scalable, maintainable application configurations and enhancements</p> </li> <li data-start="1630" data-end="1773"> <p data-start="1632" data-end="1773">Develop and maintain application components including workflows, automation scripts, UI configurations, integrations, and security settings</p> </li> <li data-start="1774" data-end="1859"> <p data-start="1776" data-end="1859">Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members</p> </li> <li data-start="1860" data-end="2008"> <p data-start="1862" data-end="2008">Collaborate with functional analysts, infrastructure teams, database administrators, and cybersecurity stakeholders to ensure solution alignment</p> </li> <li data-start="2009" data-end="2096"> <p data-start="2011" data-end="2096">Support application upgrades, patches, and enhancements across the system lifecycle</p> </li> <li data-start="2097" data-end="2202"> <p data-start="2099" data-end="2202">Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in development, test, and production environments</p> </li> <li data-start="2203" data-end="2319"> <p data-start="2205" data-end="2319">Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards, security requirements, and configuration management processes</p> </li> <li data-start="2320" data-end="2414"> <p data-start="2322" data-end="2414">Contribute to technical documentation, design artifacts, and knowledge transfer activities</p> </li> <li data-start="2415" data-end="2589">Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul data-start="2591" data-end="3440"> <li data-start="2591" data-end="2726"> <p data-start="2593" data-end="2726">Senior-level experience supporting or developing <strong data-start="2642" data-end="2674">COTS enterprise applications</strong> (e.g., ERP, EAM, CRM, asset management platforms)</p> </li> <li data-start="2591" data-end="2726">TS/SCI with FS poly&nbsp;</li> <li data-start="2727" data-end="2848"> <p data-start="2729" data-end="2848">Strong background in application configuration, customization, or development within commercial software environments</p> </li> <li data-start="2727" data-end="2848">Twelve (12) Years of Experience, or sixteen (16) Years of Experience in lieu of a technical degree&nbsp;</li> <li data-start="2849" data-end="2924"> <p data-start="2851" data-end="2924">Experience working with Java-based or web-based enterprise applications</p> </li> <li data-start="2925" data-end="2974"> <p data-start="2927" data-end="2974">Proficiency with relational databases and SQL</p> </li> <li data-start="2975" data-end="3071"> <p data-start="2977" data-end="3071">Experience supporting applications across the full lifecycle (development, test, production)</p> </li> <li data-start="3072" data-end="3179"> <p data-start="3074" data-end="3179">Ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural recommendations, and guide solution decisions</p> </li> <li data-start="3180" data-end="3246"> <p data-start="3182" data-end="3246">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills</p> </li> <li data-start="3247" data-end="3361"> <p data-start="3249" data-end="3361">Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</p> </li> <li data-start="3362" data-end="3440"> <p data-start="3364" data-end="3440">Ability and willingness to rapidly learn IBM Maximo and related technologies</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="3442" data-end="3474"><strong data-start="3446" data-end="3474">Preferred / Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul data-start="3476" data-end="3954"> <li data-start="3476" data-end="3540"> <p data-start="3478" data-end="3540">Experience with IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite (MAS)</p> </li> <li data-start="3541" data-end="3618"> <p data-start="3543" data-end="3618">Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Bash)</p> </li> <li data-start="3619" data-end="3688"> <p data-start="3621" data-end="3688">Familiarity with integrations, REST APIs, or middleware solutions</p> </li> <li data-start="3689" data-end="3763"> <p data-start="3691" data-end="3763">Experience in federal, DoD, or other regulated enterprise <p>The estimated salary range for this position is between $190,000-$250,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package.
