Application Developer

Job Description

• Translate functional and technical requirements into maintainable and scalable application code following approved GUI, architecture, and coding standards.
• Ensure all source codes are properly versioned, secured, and managed in the designated repository in accordance with development governance policies.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and database objects such as stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers to support application functionality and performance.
• Prepare, validate, and support deployment requirements to ensure successful promotion of builds to production environments.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure build integrity, deployment readiness, and post-release stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Software Development
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.
• Proficient in ASP .Net MVC Development using C# .Net Core, Web API, and Entity Framework
• Proficient in Web Development using HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery and Bootstrap
• Experience with SQL Server and other relational databases.
• Knowledgable with Visual Studio, SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Azure DevOps and Git Repositories.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
