The ideal candidate is an Appian-certified developer who is ready to take increased ownership while continuing to grow into a lead-level role.  <h2>What You'll Own  </h2> <ul> <li>Take ownership of defined Appian development tasks and application deliverables within client project workstreams  </li> <li>Design and build Appian process models, interfaces, records, and expression rules to deliver robust, maintainable business applications  </li> <li>Translate business requirements into practical Appian solutions, with support from senior engineers where needed  </li> <li>Create clean, intuitive user interfaces that can be easily used by non-technical end users  </li> <li>Support the implementation of integrations between Appian and other business systems, including database-backed applications  </li> <li>Execute test cycles and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation  </li> <li>Act as a technical contact for clients, clearly communicating progress, risks, and issues  </li> <li>Identify opportunities for application and performance improvements and proactively raise them with the project team  </li> <li>Stay up to date on Appian platform updates, low-code trends, and BPM best practices  </li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of Roboyo’s Appian delivery standards and internal practices </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Requirements  </h2> <ul> <li>Education in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical field  </li> <li>2–4 years of hands-on Appian or low-code development experience in a professional environment  </li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Appian process models, records, interfaces, and expression rules  </li> <li>Appian certification is required (Associate or higher)  </li> <li>Solid database knowledge, with SQL Server experience preferred  </li> <li>UI-focused mindset with an eye for clean, user-friendly Appian interfaces  </li> <li>Basic experience with REST APIs and integrating applications with external systems  </li> <li>Comfortable with test execution and writing clear technical documentation  </li> <li>Background knowledge of Java, SQL, or scripting languages is a plus  </li> <li>Confident communicator, able to work directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders  </li> <li>Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset  </li> <li>Business-fluent or native English; additional languages are a plus </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Benefits to ensure your work-life balance at Roboyo: </h2> <ul> <li>An exciting and positive atmosphere, where you are valued  </li> <li>Recognition and reward for individual as well as team achievements  </li> <li>A competitive compensation package  </li> <li>Tailored development plan with career coaching  </li> </ul>   <div class="content-conclusion">We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
