Application Senior Engineer

Product Design: (1) Complete product design, development and engineering applications according to Autoliv requirements, regulatory requirements and OEM requirements. (2) Communicate and influence customer acceptance of Autoliv design and technical proposals. (3) Create and release EBOM for new product development in a timely manner. Risk Management: (1) In the process of design review and project development, lead the technical risk analysis, risk control and verification of project application, and be able to prevent and identify risks as early as possible. (2) Conduct technical reviews with customer to meet engineering and quality requirements. (3) Creatively engage in VEVA to quickly resolve product design issues and previous best practices and errors. Serve Customers/Influence Customers: (1) Communicate project progress with customers actively, obtain necessary information and complete project development on time. (2) Prepare and release technical documents, such as DVP&R, drawings, DFMEA and related documents required by customer. (3) As the project window of the client, I can actively obtain customer information and feedback to the project team and sales. Problem Solving & Prevention: (1) Lead engineering problem solving and coordinate with project manager to ensure product design solution is optimized in terms of cost and time. (2) Evaluate design change requests and report on technical feasibility, conduct point of change analysis, and plan a reliable verification matrix to avoid potential risks. (3) Support plant problem solving and analysis after project SOP until EOP. (4) Participate in experience summary, case analysis, and share experience with the team.
