About the role
Job Description:
- Maintaining and upgrading software applications.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
- Ensuring system security and stability.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new software features.
- Communicating with developers, users, and other stakeholders.
- Performing system backups and data recovery tasks.
- Documenting software bugs and solutions.
- Assisting in the integration of software with other systems.
- Providing general support and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of various software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- With at least 2 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify effective solutions.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing software environments.
