<p>Job Title: Application Support / Production Support</p> <p>Key Skills: Java, C, C++, VB, .NET, ASP or Angular.</p> <p>Experience: 6-9 years</p> <p>Location CDMX or Guadalajara</p> <p>Mode: In Person</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We at Coforge are hiring Position (21475) with the following skill set.</p> <p><br><strong>Role Summary</strong><br>We are looking for a candidate who can support production applications, analyze and resolve application issues, manage incidents and work closely with application owners, users and senior stakeholders to improve application stability and performance.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve application issues.<br>Identify defects, discrepancies and trends through code debugging or log analysis.<br>Manage incidents and communicate effectively with users, application owners and senior stakeholders.<br>Improve application stability and performance by identifying patterns, recurring failures and root causes.<br>Advise application owners on permanent fixes.<br>Adopt tools developed by the AppBank Engineering team to automate failures using machine learning techniques.<br>Identify alerts and processes that can be automated, and work with the AppBank Engineering team to automate them.<br>Challenge existing application setup and processing, suggesting ways to improve stability.<br>Actively participate in the change management process to manage risk in the production environment.<br>Build and improve run books to minimize operational errors and improve efficiency.<br>Develop reports with trending statistics to track and manage application health and support service performance.<br>Learn and troubleshoot proprietary technologies as needed.</p> <p><strong>Required Skills</strong><br>Computer Science concepts, including practical use of data structures.<br>Problem-solving experience in a development or production environment.<br>Experience observing patterns, analyzing root causes and suggesting solutions.<br>Good communication skills to explain technical and functional issues to App Dev teams and senior stakeholders.<br>Experience with one structured or object-oriented programming language, such as Java, C, C++, VB, .NET, ASP or Angular.<br>Experience with one scripting language, such as Shell script, Perl, JavaScript or Python.<br>Experience with one RDBMS environment, such as Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle or DB2.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Posted On: May 20, 2026</p> <p>At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</p>
