<p><strong>Position Type: </strong>Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be the trusted point of contact for customers via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and resolving issues end-to-end.</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve customer complaints by gathering the right information, coordinating with internal teams, and seeing issues through to a successful outcome.</li>
<li>Act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed, accurate records of interactions, transactions, and resolutions to support continuous improvement and team accountability.</li>
<li>Follow up proactively on open cases to ensure customers feel supported throughout the entire resolution process.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly under pressure</li>
<li>College degree preferred but not required</li>
<li>Knowledge of the distribution industry is a plus!</li>

<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$23.00 - $28.00/hour (Level 1)</p>
<p>Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and industry background. The range listed here represents our best faith estimate for the role.</p>
