Lead Applications Architect (2026-0091)

We are actively recruiting for a Lead Applications Architect with a current TS/SCI w/ Poly to support our Network Solutions Division, based in Northern Virgnina.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years IC experience in lieu)
• ISSA/TS
• Minimum 10 years software engineering, incl. 5 years designing enterprise-scale app architectures; led 3+ cloud production solutions
• Designed/governed 20+ RESTful APIs
• Led architecture governance ≥2 years, mentored ≥5 engineers
• Delivered systems meeting SLA targets (e.g., uptime, performance testing).

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 10 years data engineering/analytics
• Led 3+ cloud data platforms
• 10+ enterprise data models
• Delivered 25+ data pipelines
• TOGAF/AWS/Azure certification
• Demonstrated adaptability/innovation, knowledge of industry standards, certifications (CISA, CEA, etc.)
