We design, develop, and deploy technologies that change our world, fund start-ups across industries, and partner with leading global research organizations and universities to solve problems.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an AI Adoption Engineer to serve as the primary technical partner for Jump’s back office teams, including Finance, Legal, HR, and other non-trading functions, as they integrate AI into their day-to-day work. This role sits at the intersection of AI research, infrastructure, and core business applications. As a hands-on AI expert, you will pair with developers and AI champions across the firm to identify high-value use cases, build solutions using Jump's internal AI platform, and work closely with R&amp;D and infrastructure to unlock new capabilities as needed. You will own the full lifecycle of back office AI solutions, from discovery and stakeholder conversations to prototyping, deployment, and ongoing iteration, while establishing best practices for prompting, agent design, evaluation, robustness, and responsible AI use.<br><br>We believe that driving successful adoption across the firm requires a fluid mix of technical depth, product intuition, and genuine curiosity about how business teams operate.
