Position: Sales Appointment Setter
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for connecting with people? We're looking for a Sales Appointment Setter to join our team and play a key role in driving our business forward.
Rate: $5-6/hr (Depending on Experience)
Willing to work on EST Hours
Will Start Part Time - 20 to 30 Hours Per Week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound prospecting through multiple channels, including phone calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, SMS campaigns, and direct messaging.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and manage prospect lists using various lead generation tools and platforms.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
- Create and manage drip campaigns to maintain consistent communication with prospects.
- Qualify leads by identifying business needs, pain points, decision-making processes, and buying intent.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers through effective communication.
- Clearly explain company products and services while positioning value to potential clients.
- Assist with marketing and prospecting initiatives, including:
- Meta/Facebook Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Campaigns
- Other digital marketing campaigns designed to generate leads
- Track all activities, leads, and appointments accurately within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and appointment-setting efforts.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or outbound sales.
- Experience conducting cold outreach through multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, SMS, direct messaging, and phone calls.
- Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, including Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing and sales pipeline management.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.
- Ability to create, manage, and optimize drip campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus.
