Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (clear and professional phone presence).
- A positive, energetic, and engaging personality (clients should enjoy talking to you).
- Strong listening skills and the ability to follow scripts while sounding natural.
- Confidence to handle objections and keep the conversation moving forward.
- Reliability and consistency—show up ready to succeed every shift.
- Equipment at home: a laptop or desktop computer, a good-quality noise-canceling headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
