<div><strong>Requirements</strong>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li> <div>20+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, with a proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;leading and delivering large-scale architecture transformations&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong background in financial services or FinTech, with preference for experience in payments, banking, or lending platforms&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Deep&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven design at enterprise scale&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Advanced understanding of Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines,&nbsp;DevSecOps, and automated testing practices&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as Semantic Kernel, Azure OpenAI, and&nbsp;LangChain, and their application in modern software and platform design&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA, PCI, and SOC 2&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Exceptional communication and technical leadership skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization&nbsp;</div> </li> </ul>
