Architect

T.H.E Architects, Planners & Engineers is currently looking for Architects to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

• Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design and construction documentation stages.
• Create and maintain accurate architectural models using Revit throughout all project phases.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, details, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, project requirements, and industry standards.
• Prepare architectural details, specifications, and material selections.
• Review project requirements and resolve technical and execution-related design challenges.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and client discussions.
• Support project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of design quality and technical accuracy.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect within an engineering consultancy or architectural design environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Experience in architectural modeling, detailed design, and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, construction methodologies, and architectural detailing.
• Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to identify and solve technical and execution-related design issues.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Software Proficiency:

• Revit (strong proficiency is essential)
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
• Enscape, Lumion, or other visualization software is a plus
