About the role
RemoteVA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural Administrator to support the daily operations of an architectural planning office. This role involves handling administrative communication, coordinating with clients, and managing invoices and project schedules.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and respond to client emails via Outlook in a timely and professional manner
-Prepare and send invoices using QuickBooks
-Coordinate with the architect and team regarding schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups
-Organize and maintain digital files, including CAD drawings and documentation
-Update and monitor project timelines using Monday.com
-Support general administrative and office-related tasks
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in architecture, construction, or design
-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks, and project management platforms like Monday.com
-Familiarity with CAD files and architectural terminology is an advantage
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
-Stable internet connection and a professional home office setup

-Outlook (Email and Calendar)
-QuickBooks (Invoicing)
-Monday.com (Project Management)
-CAD (File handling only; design skills not required)
Benefits
Work Arrangement: Remote | Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)
Salary: USD 650–700/month
