Job Title: Architectural Designer - Remote
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with a strong background in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing. This role requires proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software to create high-quality architectural designs and presentations. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion
- Create detailed renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications
- Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections
- Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems
- Excellent rendering and visualization skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
