Architectural Designer (Entry-level)

Location: Saddlebrook, NJ (On-Site)

Compensation: $27.00 - 34.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
• Draw architectural plans for retail store locations
• Make revisions and submit for city permits and permit exemptions

Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in retail operations

• Capable of conducting site surveys, taking measurements, and drawing architectural and MEP plans
• Previous experience with the city permit process

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture a plus
• Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred, as this role involves communication with our Korean-speaking headquarters and vendors.
