The Opportunity

This is a commission-based role with an insignificant base salary built for high performers who want full control of their earning potential.

Your mission is simple:

  • Bring projects.
  • Close deals.
  • Earn big.

You will be responsible for generating new architectural contracts and expanding AB Group’s presence among developers, owners, investors, and builders.

What You’ll Do (No Fluff)

  1. Identify and pursue high-value architectural project opportunities
  2. Build and leverage relationships with developers, brokers, contractors, and business owners
  3. Drive deals from first conversation to signed contract
  4. Represent AB Group in high-level networking and client-facing environments
  5. Consistently deliver measurable revenue growth to the firm
  6. Compensation (Commission Heavy / Built for Closers)


This role offers:

  1. Commission based on project fees you bring in
  2. Bonus incentives for repeat clients and larger contracts
  3. No cap; your earnings scale with your output
  4. If you close, you earn. If you don’t, you won’t.


What We’re NOT Looking For

This role is not suited for candidates who:

  1. Need structure, supervision, or step-by-step direction
  2. Are uncomfortable with performance-based compensation
  3. Lack confidence in networking and asking for the close
  4. Want a “marketing” role instead of true revenue responsibility
  5. Have no existing industry relationships or sales track record


Minimum Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or real estate preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation ability
  • Self-starter mentality with elite follow-through
