The Role:

  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Maths department and across the school to share resources, best practices, and support student learning.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a recognized teaching qualification with a specialization in Mathematics.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a successful track record of teaching Maths at the secondary level, with experience in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Passion for Maths: Possess a genuine enthusiasm for the subject and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong Subject Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the Maths curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents, fostering positive relationships and supporting student learning.
