The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.</p></div><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong><strong><br></strong> Own the technical win across the East.<br>Drive how Oasis wins complex enterprise deals.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><strong><br></strong> This is not a support function.<br>You will lead the technical strategy on deals, control POCs, and raise the bar on how we qualify and win.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll own</strong><strong><br></strong> The win - technical win rate across the region<br>The deals - technical strategy, POCs, and deal progression<br>The team - hiring, developing, and leading high-performing SEs<br>The standard - how SEs qualify, run, and win deals</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong><strong><br></strong> Lead technical strategy on complex enterprise deals<br>Own and control POCs - define success criteria tied to business outcomes and close plans<br>Drive deal qualification and inspection from a technical lens<br>Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline quality and win rate<br>Build and scale a high-performing SE team across the East<br>Set and enforce high standards for demos, POCs, and technical validation<br>Push back when deals are not real - and focus the team on winnable opportunities<br>Act as the voice of the field to Product, based on real deal friction</p> <p><strong>Background</strong><strong><br></strong> 10+ years in Sales Engineering / Solutions Architecture<br>Experience leading SE teams in enterprise sales environments<br>Strong background in cybersecurity, identity, or cloud<br>Track record of winning complex, high-value deals<br>Hands-on leader who operates close to the deals</p> <p><strong>Why Oasis</strong><strong><br></strong> Direct impact on revenue and how deals are won<br>Own the technical side of the GTM engine in a fast-scaling company<br>High visibility and close partnership with Sales leadership</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Equal opportunity</strong></p> <p>Oasis Security is an equal opportunity employer.
