<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>We are seeking a results-oriented <strong>Area Manager – General Trade</strong> to lead our operations in East Kalimantan. Based in Balikpapan, you will be responsible for managing distributor performance, expanding outlet coverage, and driving commercial execution in the region.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement sales strategies for the Greater East Kalimantan general trade market</li>
<li>Manage distributor operations including forecasting, coverage planning, and compliance</li>
<li>Drive outlet expansion and improve numeric distribution</li>
<li>Ensure execution of trade marketing programs and pricing strategies</li>
<li>Lead and develop a team of field sales representatives to achieve KPIs</li>
<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities</li>
<li>Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience in general trade sales, preferably in Kalimantan</li>
<li>Experience in FMCG and distributor handling</li>
<li>Strong leadership and execution capabilities</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools</li>
<li>Self-driven, strategic, and results-oriented</li>
