You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with modern trade outlets, and leading a team of Sales Representatives. This role is key to executing our commercial strategy and expanding our footprint in the region.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in LMT (Local Modern Trade).</div> </li> <li> <div>Build and maintain strong relationships with store partners and LMT customers.</div> </li> <li> <div>Analyze market trends, including competitor activities, and identify sales opportunities within LMT channels.</div> </li> <li> <div>Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ensure product availability and visibility in stores according to the planogram.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in managing Local Modern Trade accounts (e.g., minimarkets, local retail chains).
