We’re looking for an Art Director with strong visual craft and digital-first thinking to lead creative execution across brand and performance. This is a hands-on IC role, you’ll be designing, directing, and shipping work across channels.

• Own end-to-end visual design across social, performance marketing, website, and offline brand assets

• Translate briefs into high-quality, on-brand creative with strong attention to detail

• Bring design thinking into problem-solving, balancing creativity with business goals

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ship fast and iterate

• Build, maintain, and evolve visual identity systems across touchpoints

• Independently lead projects end-to-end, from concept to execution and delivery

• Manage stakeholders across teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution

• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous, high-chaos environments without losing creative quality

• 8+ years across agencies/design studios + digital-first brands

• Strong foundation in graphic design (typography, layout, color, composition)

• Proven experience building and shaping brands, not just executing campaigns

• Experience across social, performance, web, and offline branding

• Ability to conceptualize and execute independently

• Strong design thinking and creative problem-solving skills

• Deep pop culture awareness, lives and breathes the internet

• Comfortable with chaos, ambiguity, and rapid iteration

• Exposure to AI tools in design workflows (generative design, automation)
