You are someone who is passionate about design with the ability to generate visually striking graphic solutions across multiple mediums.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. A. or B.F.A.) from four-year college or university in Graphic Design, Art, or other relevant area; 6+ years of relevant design experience; 3+ of experience in experiential marketing or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.      Supervisory Responsibilities                       Manages up to 2 subordinates. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assisting in training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems.   Language Skills                       Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.      Mathematical Skills                        Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.      Reasoning Ability                        Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
