<h3>What you'll be doing:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure that all visual elements are cohesive, consistent and of the highest quality</li>
<li>Uphold and adhere to any and all existing brand guidelines, making sure all work is effective</li>
<li>Able to expand and build new expressions of brands’ visual identities for various platforms</li>
<li>Able to bring your ideas to life across various social and digital platforms, understanding best practices and nuances</li>
<li>Conceptualise and create work for various formats and have a thorough understanding of design principles and programs</li>
<li>Understand how to build content for brands on a micro level, as well as how to build larger ideas more extensive, multi-platform campaigns</li>
</ul>
<h3>What you'll need:</h3>
<ul>
<li>BA/BS in Advertising Design, Graphic Design or similar major is desirable</li>
<li>6+ months of experience in a creative agency</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Team player</li>
<li>Computer skills: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) Microsoft Office, animation is a plus</li>
<li>Time management & presentation skills</li>
<li>Able to work under pressure, highly motivated and well organized</li>
<li>Communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Fluent English (written & spoken)</li>
</ul>
