About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Art lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to foster creativity, develop artistic skills, and prepare students for success in art examinations and competitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Art lessons.
- Develop students' artistic skills and creativity.
- Prepare students for success in GCSE and A-Level Art examinations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and innovative learning environment.
- Contribute to the school's arts program and exhibitions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or a related subject.
- Strong artistic skills and a passion for art education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
