This role involves maintaining legacy systems, developing new features, and ensuring system performance and reliability.</p> <hr data-start="400" data-end="403"> <h3 data-section-id="165gfiz" data-end="571"> <p data-start="436" data-end="571">Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using <strong data-start="486" data-end="527"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">RPG</span></span></strong> (RPG III / RPG IV / RPGLE / Free Format).</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1vsa9x8" data-start="572" data-end="682"> <p data-start="574" data-end="682">Work on <strong data-start="582" data-end="623"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">IBM i</span></span></strong> (AS400) systems for application support and development.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1t9kr7o" data-start="683" data-end="768"> <p data-start="685" data-end="768">Design and modify database files using <strong data-start="724" data-end="765"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">DB2 for i</span></span></strong>.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1g0qoln" data-start="769" data-end="832"> <p data-start="771" data-end="832">Develop and maintain CL programs and job control processes.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="fnf7t1" data-start="833" data-end="912"> <p data-start="835" data-end="912">Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="dd7qbh" data-start="913" data-end="966"> <p data-start="915" data-end="966">Support batch processing and system integrations.</p> data-end="1310"> <p data-start="1251" data-end="1310"><strong data-start="1251" data-end="1307">3–8 years of experience in AS400 / IBM i development</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-section-id="131tpy0" data-start="1311" data-end="1421"> <p data-start="1313" data-end="1421">Strong hands-on experience with <strong data-start="1345" data-end="1386"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">RPG</span></span></strong> (RPGLE / Free Format preferred).</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1jkf6j5" data-start="1422" data-end="1530"> <p data-start="1424" data-end="1530">Experience with <strong data-start="1440" data-end="1481"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">IBM i</span></span></strong> and <strong data-start="1486" data-end="1527"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer
