ASPICE Process & Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an ASPICE Process & Quality Management Specialist. This role involves driving process compliance, quality improvements, and implementing ASPICE standards across multidisciplinary automotive projects.

Candidate Requirements

  • 8–10 years of work experience in the automotive domain, specifically in quality, processes, and standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ASPICE process workflows in practical implementation scenarios.
  • Extensive expertise in applying ASPICE v3.1/v4.0 across software, hardware, and mechanical domains.
  • Comprehensive understanding of system engineering and software development lifecycles, including verification and validation methodologies.
  • Proven experience in process implementation and optimization, tailored to business needs, requirements, and tooling considerations.
  • Strong background in quality management practices supporting automotive embedded mechatronic systems and multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare thorough process documentation, including guidelines, templates, and checklists.
  • Analytical skills to diagnose and resolve process-related challenges.
  • Experience in auditing quality management systems and implementing quality improvements.
  • Ability to independently interface with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exposure to product development with a system engineering approach.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Process Definition: Develop and document process flow diagrams, step descriptions, guidelines, templates, and checklists.
  • Process Deployment: Ensure ASPICE process compliance and facilitate the deployment of defined processes across projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand current workflows and enforce process adherence.
  • Harmonization & Coaching: Lead process harmonization initiatives and coach project teams in implementing ASPICE processes and improvements.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms to integrate feedback and improvement ideas from project teams into process documentation.
  • Training: Conduct or assist in delivering ASPICE process training sessions for teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance activities aligned with ASPICE standards, focusing on identifying and mitigating consequential risks and issues.
