<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The Assembly Line Leader will be responsible for the development and training of assembly operators. The position will be responsible for leading the assembly team and being a subject matter expert on the product and standard operating procedures and will provide feedback and reports to the Production Manager daily. This position will also assemble, wire and package products per Standard Operating Procedures; stage all assembled products in designated areas for Inspector; support Inspection and Quality activities as required; read product and package specifications; maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient work area and adhere to strict quality guidelines.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Follow all safety guidelines.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Stand and/or walk up to eight (8) hours per day.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Frequently lift and push/pull up to 35 pounds – occasionally above shoulders. Occasionally lift and push/pull up to 75 pounds – using Team Lift as needed.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Use of hand tools, power tools, high potential tester, lift devices, and assembly fixtures.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Read and interpret documents, legibly fill out inspection forms, communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Support policies, procedures and initiatives in support of business objectives.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Lead the assembly team.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Perform all other duties as required.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .25in; line-height: 16.5pt;"><strong><u>Required Education and Experience:</u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .25in; line-height: 16.5pt;"><span style="font-family: Symbol; color: black;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="color: black;">3+ years of manufacturing experience. Experience in lawn equipment industry is a plus</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 16.8pt; vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0in 9.0pt 0in .5in;"><span style="color: black;">Must be able to lead and manage others, while promoting a teamwork environment.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-family: Symbol; color: #0d0d0d;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="color: #0d0d0d;">Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Strong mechanical aptitude.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Strong problem-solving mentality.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-family: Symbol;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.</p>
