This role is critical in supporting client access to care through comprehensive assessments, intake coordination, and early engagement in treatment services.</p> <p>You will play a key role in evaluating client needs, determining appropriate levels of care, and ensuring a smooth and supportive admission process into outpatient services.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Schedule</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Monday:</strong> 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM</li> <li><strong>Tuesday:</strong> 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM</li> <li><strong>Wednesday:</strong> 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li> <li><strong>Thursday:</strong> 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM</li> <li><strong>Friday:</strong> 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Conduct initial screenings and <strong>level-of-care assessments</strong> using clinical judgment</li> <li>Evaluate clients’ <strong>behavioral, emotional, cognitive, social, and recovery needs</strong></li> <li>Collect and document comprehensive demographic and clinical history</li> <li>Complete <strong>insurance pre-certifications and authorizations</strong> (as applicable)</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate the <strong>intake and admissions process</strong></li> <li>Determine appropriate level of care and provide referrals when needed</li> <li>Complete all required <strong>assessment, admission, and ROI documentation</strong> in a timely manner</li> <li>Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records</li> <li>Provide <strong>brief individual counseling</strong> to support engagement in treatment</li> <li>Develop <strong>initial treatment plans</strong> and provide case management support</li> <li>Facilitate <strong>group therapy sessions</strong> as needed</li> <li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care</li> <li>Provide program coverage and support operational needs as required</li> <li>Complete required trainings and perform additional duties as assigned</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <p><strong>Education &amp; Licensure:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Chemical Dependency, or related field<br><strong>OR</strong></li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least <strong>one (1) year of clinical experience</strong><br><strong>OR</strong></li> <li>Active <strong>CADC, CAADC, or equivalent licensure/certification</strong></li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Why Join Pyramid?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Be part of a <strong>mission-driven organization</strong> focused on recovery and client success</li> <li>Collaborative, team-oriented outpatient environment</li> <li>Opportunities for <strong>professional growth and development</strong></li> <li>Make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in your community</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>***Due to the nature of behavioral healthcare work and our responsibility to ensure client safety, candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state‑mandated clearances.
