This role involves conducting screenings and assessments, ensuring appropriate client placement, and coordinating with other clinical team members to support effective care delivery.</p> <h3 data-section-id="1fwk86b" data-start="629" data-end="672">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="673" data-end="1428"> <li data-section-id="enfeay" data-start="673" data-end="815">Conduct screenings and level of care assessments using clinical knowledge and skills while clearly communicating the process with clients.</li> <li data-section-id="131jsmj" data-start="816" data-end="915">Collect demographic and historical information relevant to the Level of Care Assessment (LOCA).</li> <li data-section-id="phy4mh" data-start="916" data-end="991">Complete precertification for all managed care clients when applicable.</li> <li data-section-id="19lhjwt" data-start="992" data-end="1085">Facilitate the admission process in collaboration with appropriate clinical team members.</li> <li data-section-id="x6n1zb" data-start="1086" data-end="1243">Complete all assessment, admission, and related documentation in a timely manner, including Releases of Information (ROIs) and other admission paperwork.</li> <li data-section-id="64d0to" data-start="1244" data-end="1343">Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed to support effective client care.</li> <li data-section-id="95dpqk" data-start="1344" data-end="1392">Develop initial treatment plans for clients.</li> <li data-section-id="mql88r" data-start="1393" data-end="1428">Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1qhx44" data-start="1430" data-end="1450">Qualifications</h3> <p data-start="1451" data-end="1665">While the following credentials are preferred, we welcome applicants who are eligible and committed to pursuing the necessary certification or licensure (CADC, CAADC, or Master’s-level) with organizational support.</p> <p data-start="1667" data-end="1726">Candidates must meet <strong data-start="1688" data-end="1725">one of the following requirements</strong>:</p> <ul data-start="1728" data-end="2227"> <li data-section-id="i0ac7j" data-start="1728" data-end="1895">Hold a <strong data-start="1737" data-end="1756">Master’s degree</strong> in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field with current licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).</li> <li data-section-id="1dn075m" data-start="1896" data-end="2030">Hold a <strong data-start="1905" data-end="1924">Master’s degree</strong> in one of the above fields and be actively working toward licensure or certification (such as a CAADC).</li> <li data-section-id="eek39o" data-start="2031" data-end="2163">Hold a <strong data-start="2040" data-end="2061">Bachelor’s degree</strong> and a <strong data-start="2068" data-end="2076">CADC</strong> (or be working toward one), along with at least <strong data-start="2125" data-end="2160">one year of clinical experience</strong>.</li> <li data-section-id="1buffhu" data-start="2164" data-end="2227">Hold a <strong data-start="2173" data-end="2210">High School Diploma or equivalent</strong> with a <strong data-start="2218" data-end="2226">CAAC</strong>.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2229" data-end="2365">If you are passionate about helping individuals on their recovery journey and meet one of these requirements, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Pyramid CORE Values:</strong></p> <p>We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.&nbsp;
