Evening hours from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 2 evenings per week (based on program needs and candidate availability), and Saturday and/or Sunday from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.</p> <p data-start="389" data-end="781"><strong data-start="389" data-end="401">About Us</strong><br data-start="401" data-end="404">High Focus Centers has a longstanding history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment throughout Pennsylvania through our subsidiary programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. Our individualized, comprehensive treatment plans make us a vital resource for adults and adolescents experiencing mental health, substance use, and/or eating disorders.</p> <p data-start="783" data-end="1008">We are currently seeking a Part-Time Assessment Counselor to join our Havertown team. This role is ideal for a clinically skilled professional looking for flexible evening and weekend hours while making a meaningful impact.</p> <p data-start="1010" data-end="1262"><strong data-start="1010" data-end="1021">Summary</strong><br data-start="1021" data-end="1024">The Assessment Counselor plays a critical role in the admissions process by completing level-of-care assessments, engaging clients, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure appropriate placement and a smooth intake experience.</p> <p data-start="1264" data-end="1307"><strong data-start="1264" data-end="1305">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="1308" data-end="2087"> <li data-section-id="ro7j70" data-start="1308" data-end="1389">Introduce and explain the Level of Care Assessment (LOCA) process to clients.</li> <li data-section-id="r77uvx" data-start="1390" data-end="1474">Collect demographic and psychosocial history relevant to the assessment process.</li> <li data-section-id="krcckn" data-start="1475" data-end="1577">Explain and obtain signatures for Releases of Information (ROI) and other admission documentation.</li> <li data-section-id="10kw6bj" data-start="1578" data-end="1676">Coordinate with a Licensed Counselor for completion of the clinical portion of the assessment.</li> <li data-section-id="1ibf8vm" data-start="1677" data-end="1780">Gather required information and complete precertifications for managed care clients, as applicable.</li> <li data-section-id="1qmao2c" data-start="1781" data-end="1864">Determine appropriate level of care and placement based on assessment findings.</li> <li data-section-id="1oxzxz3" data-start="1865" data-end="1974">Collaborate with therapists, admissions, and marketing teams to support scheduling and care coordination.</li> <li data-section-id="zmbxbi" data-start="1975" data-end="2049">Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings.</li> <li data-section-id="17kza4b" data-start="2050" data-end="2087">Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2089" data-end="2118"><strong data-start="2089" data-end="2116">Required Qualifications</strong></p> <p data-start="2120" data-end="2159"><strong data-start="2120" data-end="2157">Education, Licensure &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul data-start="2160" data-end="2360"> <li data-section-id="rjm1x0" data-start="2160" data-end="2293">Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a recognized clinical discipline, including completion of a clinical practicum.</li> <li data-section-id="kn3bs8" data-start="2294" data-end="2360">Prior clinical experience in mental health treatment required.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2362" data-end="2386"><strong data-start="2362" data-end="2384">Skills &amp;
