This role focuses on optimizing asset performance, administering contract compliance, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and optimized operations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Main Responsibilities: </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Monitor and manage the operational and financial performance of an assigned portfolio of solar assets, serving as the primary internal point of contact for day-to-day asset oversight.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Track asset-level P&amp;L, operating expenses, and budget variance analysis; escalate material deviations with recommended corrective actions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Coordinate with O&amp;M service providers to prioritize and resolve operational anomalies and equipment failures in a timely manner, with a focus on minimizing generation loss and protecting revenue.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Review and validate O&amp;M provider performance against contractual KPIs and service level agreements; support formal performance review processes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Monitor plant performance and analyze production data to identify underperformance trends and root causes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Support the management of PPAs, interconnection agreements, O&amp;M contracts, and EPC warranty provisions, ensuring counterparty obligations are met and contractual rights are preserved.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Manage warranty claims and equipment defect notifications in coordination with OEMs and EPC contractors; track resolution timelines and outcomes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Prepare and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly performance reports and dashboards for leadership and external stakeholders, as required.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Ensure assigned assets maintain compliance with applicable NERC/FERC requirements, local permitting conditions, environmental obligations, and utility interconnection protocols.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Support asset commissioning and COD transitions, coordinating the intake of project documentation, data systems, contracts, and operational handover from development and construction teams.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Contribute to the identification and evaluation of asset optimization opportunities, including curtailment reduction, availability improvement, and O&amp;M cost management.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records including site documentation and contract repositories.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications:</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Proven experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint &amp; Excel</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Effective written and verbal communication skills.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Analytical and problem-solving mindset.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Demonstrated collaborative partnerships with peers, management, and vendors.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Finance required.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience:</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· 1–3 years of relevant professional experience (renewable energy preferred).</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">· Experience with data analysis, reporting, or project coordination is preferred.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">Our interview process:</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">A typical interview process at Silicon Ranch might include the below stages.
