Role Description

• Involved in setting budgets including continous follow up
• Maintain relations with tenants and operating technical partners
• Involved in Broadgates ESG initiatives 
• Perform market research for leasing, investment calculations for tenant improvements and showings of vacant units
• Performing cost analysis
• Follow up on mandatory requirements
• Drafting and signing of lease agreements
• Involved in property development projects  

Profile

• Broadgate seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, with a strong
  desire to learn, relentless drive and have demonstrated excellence in prior
  endeavours
• Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills including financial analysis
• Team player with good communication skills with a genuine interest in business and real estate
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous work experience within the field is a requirement
