About the role
Your role:
The successful candidate will develop their career in a specialised professional team of the Group Finance Department of a giant group of companies having a wide spectrum of business in Hong Kong. S/He will:
- Participate in internal control on accurate, timely & efficient billing with proper compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations
- Handle daily billing operations and liaise with internal parties
- Recommend alternatives to supervisors on improving the existing systems and procedures
- Prepare operation statistics and reports for management review
- Support ad-hoc assignments
To succeed in this role:
- Holder of higher diploma / degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or other related discipline with 1 year relevant working experience
- Self-motivated, analytical and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Committed team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Fast learners with less working experience (or fresh graduate) may also be considered. Higher caliber candidate may be considered as Billing Officer
