<p>The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in the <strong>overall performance of the branch</strong>, including sales, collections, and team development.</p>
<p>This role helps drive daily execution, supports coworkers in meeting expectations, and assists with maintaining a structured, results-focused branch environment. The Assistant Branch Manager may provide direction to coworkers, help coach the team, serve as a leadership support role, and may help run the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager. </p>

<p>This role requires someone who is comfortable:</p>

<li>Assisting with team leadership and daily follow-up</li>
<li>Holding coworkers to clear expectations with guidance from the Branch Manager</li>
<li>Having direct conversations with customers about payments</li>
<li>Operating in a structured, metric-driven environment</li>
<li>Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting</li>
<li>Setting a professional example for coworkers through urgency, organization, and accountability</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Performance Expectations</strong></p>
<p>Successful Assistant Branch Managers:</p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch goals</li>
<li>Follow up consistently on assigned tasks and customer accounts</li>
<li>Help coach and develop coworkers to improve performance</li>
<li>Address issues quickly and involve the Branch Manager when needed</li>
<li>Maintain structure and organization in daily operations</li>
<li>Assist with sales, collections, lending, and customer service execution</li>
<li>Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed</li>
<li>Demonstrate readiness to take on increased leadership responsibility</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>

<li>Branch hours: Mon - Fri 10am – 6pm, Sat 9am – 1pm</li>
<li>Every Sunday Off</li>
<li><strong>$18/hr.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Monthly bonus potential</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Minimum Requirements</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Ability to work scheduled hours, including Saturdays</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Successful completion of pre-employment screening</li>
</ul>
