You are energized by improving efficiency through automation and thoughtful use of technology, including emerging tools such as AI, and you are pragmatic about how and when to apply them within accounting operations. You enjoy collaborating cross functionally and across borders, working with colleagues in different countries, cultures, and time zones to drive consistent outcomes.
You are a people focused leader who values mentorship, clear communication, and accountability, and you take pride in developing strong teams—including offshore teams—through trust, structure, and hands on support.
