At a high level, this means establishing a clear vision for what a product should be and what is needed to get there. On a day-to-day basis, this means handling all the different facets of a product and making sure they are coordinated – across user needs, technical constraints, and design goals.</p> <p>Be the leader and driver in executing the implementation of Government to Businesses products in Singapore Customs from the transformation of business processes to product development, testing, delivery and continuous improvements. In particular, a major product you will be working on is the platform that enables trade-related transactions and connections between various stakeholders in the trade ecosystem, including overseas Customs authorities and other trade regulators in Singapore. In addition, you will coach some product managers in the Finance cluster.</p> <h3>What you will be working on</h3> <p>You will lead a team and be involved in planning and executing the full product Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related subject area with minimum 15 years of relevant experience</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience in managing products targeted at businesses, or large-scale product implementations involving multiple government agencies / organisational branches with development budget exceeding $20m, preferred</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Prior working experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience in modern product development/management technologies and practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development will be strongly preferred</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Working directly with engineers, designers and other product managers (ideally at least 3 years)</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills</li> <li
