<li><span data-contrast="auto">Responsible for preparation and leading the discussion with business leads for weekly P&L reforecasts</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Review weekly cashflow forecast</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monthly GL closing – preparing closing reports for Global, ensure all month end journals are posted, preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations and other related matters</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Statutory Audits & Tax filing: Liaise with Company’s external auditor on year-end audits. Prepare financial statement, accounting working papers, accounts analysis and supporting schedules for the audit</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support Finance Director in preparation of annual and quarterly re-forecast</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure timely filing of statutory and tax filings</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Well-versed with GST and WHT implications</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist in quarterly GST submission</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Responsible for the reconciliation of inter-company mismatches and perform variance analysis</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Standardize accounting procedures and oversee company accounting practice</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Supporting the Finance Director with ad-hoc tasks when required</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum 5 years of solid accounting experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be from an advertising/digital agency background</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Qualified Accountant preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">A team player with good interpersonal skills and communication skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Able to multitask and work with cross departments/countries</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Able to work and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Able to work independently with minimal supervision and is a self-starter</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Possess good and positive working attitude</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table), Powerpoint and Xero preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
