Key Responsibilities
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience working in a Kitchen Porter or back-of-house environment.
- Previous experience supervising, mentoring or supporting team members.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good understanding of hygiene, cleaning and health & safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach.
- Experience within large-scale, multi-outlet or event-led hospitality operations.
- Experience supporting kitchen teams during high-volume service periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning systems, schedules and BOH best practice.
- Experience assisting with training and onboarding new team members.
