You will be responsible for performing property discharge, as well as loan processing of Commercial Loans. Main Responsibilities: Handle Property Discharge Transactions Contact Solicitors for any discrepancy on Discharge Instructions Arrange to release Title Deeds to Solicitors Handle drawdown, rollover and settlement of Term Loan Back-up for other Loan Operational Function within / Cross Team Take up any ad hoc assignments from Supervisor / Manager Incumbent Requirements: Matriculated or above …
